Published Aps won't launch

I have a user who can use our Citrix server just fine except at one client site. At this site, he can get to the server, login and see the published aps, but when get tryst to launch a published ap he gets an error that says he can't connect to the server.

Any suggestions?

Is the published app on another server? If so, check to see if the firewall at the client end is set to only allow the connection to the one server that does authentication and not to the rest of the farm.
