I have a W2KSP2/MF1.8SP3 server which shows nothing in PAM. This weekend I loaded a couple MS patches, rebooted and all seemed well. Today I noticed that when I go into PAM I cannot see any published apps. All users can connect and run the Published Apps just fine. If I go to the Published Applications tab from Citrix Server Administrator the Published Apps show up as Unassociated. There is no Server Farm, just a domain scope. But the single server does not show up in PAM at all. Help!

Here is what you are going to need to do. Open up PAM and when it finishes enumerating the applications go to "VIEW" -> "Select Scope" and choose "Citrix Farm" instead of NT Domain. After that go back into "View" -> "Select Server" and pick "All servers".
Hopefully that will help.
Thanks.

Thanks but we already tried that. I think I'm just going to have to rebuild next weekend. Several other funny things are happening since the upgrade.
