Published Apps and Internet Explorer

For some reason, all my published applications do is to open Internet Explorer... no published app!! This happens if I set user access on the apps, anonymous permissions means this doesn't happen.. what's wrong???

Check the user's account to see if it is set to "Start the following program at logon". (Active Directory, user's account, environment tab)
