Published Applications

I am trying to access a published application through the browser. It is working ok apart from 2000 user authentication. The 2000 security dialogue box appears after launching the app indicating a logon error. The session is trying to log me on locally to the Citrix Server and not the domain where my user account is based. How do I change this ?

Is the Citrix server a member of the domain? Does it have the Logon Local user right granted for the domain users that use Citrix? One other thing to check is the ICA connection settings. If you have the ICA connection set to use encryption and to Use Default NT authentication, it will prompt every user that connects for login information. If you wish to use the encryption, uncheck the Use Default NT Authentication box in the Advanced properties of your ICA connection.
