Published applications do not start W2K3 SP1

Hi,

We're running Citrix MetaframeXP Feature Release 3 SP4 on Windows 2003 Servers. We have installed the SP1 last week and since then some users are in trouble. They launch their published applications, they logged on the servers but the applications do not start. In the Connection Center the users do have a connection with a ctx server without any running application.
It happens for any application at a random interval and on every SP1 server. We're not able to reproduce it.

Any idea?

rollback the SP1 install and see if that solves your problem

Make sure you have all of your Citrix patches/hotfixes applied.

There were "known" issues with Win2k3 SP1 and Citrix so make sure all of the Citrix patches are applied because they were released due to some issues with SP1.

Thank you for your submissions. We do have applied all the available hotfixes/patches but we still had this issue. So we decided to rollback the SP1.
