Citrix MetaFrame XPe 1.3 (1.0 with Feature Release 3)
on Win2K SP4 server
I’m having a problem accessing published applications from this ONE WinXP Pro laptop.
This is Latitude D600 by Dell, Pentium 4 1.6 GHz.
Purchased in 2004; OS fully updated, except IE7.
Citrix client (6.30) installed with no problems.
Initial setup no problems: Citrix server is visible, all published applications are visible.
After clicking on ICA icon for application I get Connection in Process then window disappears.
There is no prompt for Windows 2000 login to Citrix server (we get on any other client).
Finaly all I get is a window with a blue background.
When looking at Connection center properties (on client) I see this session as active (connected).
Connected to server: (unknown)
As user : (unknown)
Encryption: (unknown)
There is NO session for this client on the Server.

I’ve fallowed few suggestions about TSCAL but nothing helps.
License server shows that license was issued for this client.
(I get connected after all).

Please note: I have issue with one laptop only. I installed few test connections on other machines on my LAN and the work. Plus, I installed same client on another (new) laptop few days ago. No problems.

I strongly believe issue sits with laptop. I can open any application from Citrix when in Save Mode on this laptop.
Manipulating screen resolution did not help (video card issue?).
There are no messages in event logs on laptop.
There are no messages in event logs on the server.

Any suggestions please?
