Published Application Manager

Any help with this problem would be appreciated.

I cannot change the properties of any the applications I have in PAM. The application icon has lock on it and I can only view the properties in read-only mode. In the properties it tells me that the application is part of a server farm and I can cant do anything in the current management scope.


What is going on here? I have not changed anything. This started about 2 weeks ago. These applications have been published for a year and I have never had this problem until about 2 weeks ago.

Make sure you have admin rights to the Farm, and that you are a Citrix Administrator in the farm.

Forgive me for stating the obvious, but something must have changed 2 weeks ago. If you have other staff with admin rights, maybe something was changed "unintentionally".

As tbhatt says, check that the Citrix Administrator user has all the correct rights to the Farm.

Hi!

Just a quicke...
In PAM, check the Server Scope, if you publish under domain och Citrix Farm, if server scope has been changed and old published apps still is in the old publishing scope they can't be edited.

Sorry for the quick and not so explaining answer, but anyways...
