I have set up a user's guide to be run with acrobat reader 6.0 on our system, the problem is now the users have access to the server's other files through acrobat. How can I stop this.

If you are on a Windows 2000 server, use group policy to restrict access to the server drives. There are several other security holes that you may want to plug. For instance, the Citrix client translate certain key strokes into common windows keystrokes. For example, by default the Citrix client will translate CTL + F1 to CTL+ALT+DEL and give them the ability to run Task Manager. Using the same Group Policy, you can disable Task Manager.

If you are on a Windows NT TSE server, use Policy Editor to apply similar policies.
