Published app opens inside desktop window

We have a problem where a users runs published application (any of 10 apps) and the first thing that opens is a blank desktop, then the application inside that desktop. This happens only for one user and removing and re-installing his client does not help.
Any ideas?

Check that the Citrix client application set is configured to run in a Seamless Window - Window Size in default options tab of the Application set settings.
