published app hangs on printers

Hi all, until recently nearly everything on our farm (20 servers) was fine, but now we have a niggling problem. Randomly users are logging into the farm and their published apps and getting the login script then nothing. If you look on the management console they appear to be logged in. If we enable the start application without waiting for printers, the application works. anybody got any ideas ?

Sounded like the printer drivers issue.
How did you set the Printer Driver Management?

You could try this (for temporary measure) see if it works

Printer Management Properties
Printer Drivers
Tick
universal driver only
OR
Use universal driver only if native driver is unavailable

and leave UNTICK the 'Automaticlly install native drivers for auto-created client and network printers'
