Published app connects and then goes away

I have three machines (out of over 300) that have just started giving problems. When a user logs in to there session everything goes like it should until the login is complete, then the session just goes away, not even showwing up in ctxload. These same machines an connect to a different Pub. App. with no problems. And these same users can connwect ok from different machines.
So far I have recreated sessions, un/reinstalled Citrix, Duplicated the working sessions and modified them. I'm getting desperate, any ideas??

did you try user profile reset?
do you have any virus scanner on TS?
is there anything in user\startup which could cause ICA break?
