publish user interactive crystal report

Hi,

I just started using crystal report.

Last week I published a few crystal report by using Info Desk. I have a problem this week, when I tried to publish a user interactive report. It won't prompt for user input .
Is it possible to publish user interactive report alone without integrating with other application ?
