Publish data for everybody.

I'm quit un-experienced with sharepoint.
What i did is that I migrated access tables to a sharepoint so users can interact with my (local) application on the data of the sharepoint. This is a restricted site: only some users have permission to do so.

Is it possible to publish some data for all the people like a normal website? (no userid's and paswords)??

You can enable anonymous access in Central Administration. This will allow users to view the pages without being logged in. Here is a link -
