Publick unknown number configuration in Berlin.

I'm based in the UK, but have been asked to define the configuration required to use CLIP no screening in Berlin, Germany.
Currently we have the public unknown numbering configured to show the national number as follows:

Ext Len Ext Code Trk Grps CPN Prefix CPN Len
5 1 10-11 30212345 13

So my question is two fold:

Does Deutsche Telekom support international numbers in its CLIP No Screening service?
2

How is this configured in the public unknown numbering table, do I know have to convert all numbers to international?
