If our extensions are 7 digits long but an entry like this is put into the PUNT what CID is being sent?

Ext Ext Trk CPN CPN
Len Code Grp(s) Prefix Len
7 1 918-919 1555555 11
7 3 918-919 1555555 11
7 4 918-919 1555555 11
If the extension calling out is 100-0001 is the caller ID going out as 1-555-555-1000 or 1-555-555-0001? I see this causing issues if 100-0002 were to call out at the same time if it's using just the first 4 digits. Same if 300-0001 were calling out and the last 4 are being used.
This is going to be used to create a callback extension for e911 that will be written back to the station form as well. I'm assuming that the RedSky system is writing back the 7 digit extension number 100-0001, 100-0002 or 300-0001 when the extension calls out.
