We have a custom program that is storing specific individual e-mails from our users.
The users drag and drop the special e-mails into a PUBLIC folder on our Exchange server.
We are still new with exchange server, but we want to know if we can send the contents of only the public folder on the exchange and send it to a file location?
So for instance 2 users drop 5 e-mails each into this public folder on our exchange folder.. those 10 e-mails would be found in the Public exchange folder but also be found in file locations on the network.
I know this may be custom programming involved but we need special e-mails to be "routed" to another non-exchange server. The e-mails act as credentials as attachments to the pending contract document.
Thank you in advance.
