Public Recived Error message

I am having a issue trying to add the number 5900 to a target line. I have 4 digits, as public recieved, and all other lines are allowing me to add the number, but 5900 says it is not a valid public recieved number??? But it is coming down as 4 digits on the PRI. Any ideas.

is 5 or 59 or 590 being used anywhere else in the system because if so you would get that error.

check your hunt group dn's, destination codes, and park prefix. these will all conflict. if you have a destination code of 5 or 5XX, delete the destination code and enter in the received digits. then re-add the destination code.

Working perfectly now. I found 590 as private recieved, and changed it. All better now.
