public paging a pre recorded message 1

Hey All,,

First of all let me thank the active people on this forum for the help & concern they are offering us , we appreciate your co-operation
A quick question about paging a pre recorded message (.wav) from time to time as ( the company is wishing you a happy weekend ) to the Ip & digital phones inside the hunt groups by dialing a short code whenever we want the announcement to be played , is that possible with out using a 3rd party paging system ? is there a certain way to play that message in specific times automatically ?

You can use voicemail pro (preferred edition) to do this.
You can record a wav file once or change it whenever you want.
Use a post dial action for this.
