Public OLI

I have a situation where I need to change the public OLI depending on who is being called! My client makes outbound calls on behalf of various companies that they work for and the OLI needs to be different for each company.

U can only have 1 OLI programmed. U'd have to go into programming everytime for that ext before each call to change it which doesn't make sense. Why not leave it blank?

Thanks for your reply. It is not allowed to be witheld and if it goes out as a generic number and the recipient calls back, we have no way of knowing how to answer the call.

If you use a different phone for each company to dial out . Program the 2 different OLI with the 2 numbers.
