I am trying to put in my did 6569 in the public number field in recieved number in target line 261 so when an incoming call on the did rings it will ring the correct set.

I can use 6568 and 6570 but for some reason 6569 is giving me a "Not Valid" error upon save.

Any help would be great. I have a number ported to this did and it's not ringing in.

Thanks,
KB

Not sure if yours is set up like ours but in Call Routing and Destination codes we can't have a number appear there and also assign it to target line. Break that number out of the destination codes if it is present.

You might also have to look at you other target lines. You cannot have the same number in more than one of them. A typo can kill you here.

Thank you Marv I had the number assigned to another target line.

Simple mistake tough to figure out why I was getting the error.

Thanks a million!!!!
