I have a mailbox, 'Purchasing', that is a shared mailbox and what I need is that when a user using Outlook sends an email from 'Purchasing' that the sent mail goes to the sent mail for 'Purchasing' NOT to the sent mail for the current user.

Or is there way that I can automatically send a BC so that anymail sent on behalf of 'Purchasing' goes to a public folder so it can viewed by all the users that can send mail on behalf of 'Purchasing'.

The reason I need to do this is that there are multiple people that use the 'Purchasing' mailbox and they need to see previous correspondance or what was already sent out.

In appreciation,
Ryan
