Has anybody had a stable BCM on a public IP over a year without a problem>?

Yes, me. With a BCM50 and a BCM200 3.7.

How do you have the Firewall portion configured??? Do you have any IP Phones on those systems...

just allow port for registration (7000) and also allow the RTP ports (depending on how you have configured them under the "Port ranges" in unified manager)
You should also allow port 69 (TFTP) for firmware upgrades.

I haven't. In fact, I am looking for a technician right now that can trouble shoot and program the BCM. Any thoughts?
