PUBLIC group access to stored procedures

Do anyone know whether there are any stored procedures in ASE that PUBLIC has access to that would grant them access to data in a user database that a user doesn't have permissions to view??

In other words, can a user with no privileges to view information in a user-defined database be granted access to that information via a stored procedure?
