Hi all: We are using SBS 2003 R2 with Office 2003 SP3 on XP Pro SP3. My company has been using Public Folders for the company wide contact list (Rolodex) for a VERY long time. We are now running into a few issues. The Public Folder Contact list is maintained by a small team and is finally correct and up-to-date. However many users have copied the list to their personal Contacts (which is accessible from their Black Berries and iPhones), and thus are often working with out dated or incomplete information.
Is their a way to make the information in their personal Contacts automatically update when the Public Folders are updated?
