I am setting up a new server with Exchange and have moved all the mailboxes. I am now trying to find a way to move the Public Folders I want to keep. I am looking for the fast and easy method without downtime. Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreicated.

You should be able to replicate you current public folder structure from current server to new one.
