Public Folders - Receiving External E-Mails - Can I block a domain?

Hi,

I have a mail enabled public folder which receives quite alot of external mail for business purposes.
This public folder receives alot of SPAM and virus type emails, I would like to block let's say "hotmail.com" from being sent to this public folder, can this be done??

Your help would be much appreciated,
