PUBLIC FOLDER PERMISSION

We are using Win NT 4 Server with Exchange 5.5. How can I change the permission at the same time on a public folder and ALL their Subfolder. If I change the permission on the top Folder, all the Subfolder don't get the change.

Thanks a lot !
