Alright here is the deal. I have created a public folder that hold several different public contact lists. The lists are edited using a custom Outlook form. The main folder has five (5) contact folders in it. I have one user who is able to access the custom form on two of the 5 lists however on two it is loading the default Outlook form. I have modified it to open new items using the custom form. I have also set the forms to only use the custom form. Any ideas on how to resolve this one would be greatly appreciated.
