public folder is huge - auto-delete messages?

I have a public folder that sees a lot of action. It has built 140k messages since Oct. '04. How can I set the folder to only keep 90 days worth of messages and auto-delete anything older.

Also, since there is such a large amount of messages within the public folder, I can not highlight and delete more than 3 or 4 days worth. Anything more than that, it errors with a "some don't exist or you don't have permissions". Is there a rule I can run on this folder to get rid of the old stuff?

Go to Servers -> Servername -> First Storage Group -> Public Folder Store. Look in Public Folder Instances and choose the folder you are concerned about. Get properties on it. Go to the Limits tab. From there, you can set an expiry time the folder.
