We have ms exchange 2000 server and for our IT department, I started a 'help desk' public folder so people can post requests for help. It works fine on most computers and they are running Win98,2000,XP with Office 2000, or XP. On a few people's computers, however, the Outlook gives a message, 'unable to display'. I've checked the permissions, done all the updates. Any Ideas?
