You think your email system is running well and that everyones happy until you get this sort of 'I want the system to do this' question.
A department has about 20 rooms which they wanted a calendar for each, which many staff would want to look at. A 'resource' mailbox for each would be impractical for daily use, so I set up a load of calendars in the public folders.
They want to print these out for a public notice board, but when you print them out there is no reference to the name of the calendar. If you have a look at the calendar print styles there are a few variables in the header/footer section which you can insert such as time, date, user name and page number. If you print this public folder calendar the 'user name' field inserts YOUR name, not the name of the calendar your printing. I can't find any referrence to a larger list of variables that may do the job.
