Does anyone know how/if you can make a public folder attachment have only one full access (read/write) copy open at a time with the rest read only?
Currently we share word/excel documents in public folders as attachments that 4 or 5 people have the rights to change. If one of these people has the document open another can open it with the same full access and whichever is saved last is the copy that is posted, eliminating the first's changes.
