Does anyone know how to create a public folder in GM mail where I can send incoming mail to be shared by multiple users. Or link an exhange public folder to be viewed from Golmine.

Hi,

Sorry you can't do that with GoldMine. The only thing you could do is to create a record that you link everything to. People would then be able to check the history.
