I created a Public Distribution List called "FTS IT Test".I added 6 user to the list. I gave it extension 3501
Logs in to my voicemail box.(I am member of this group, also created a COS that allows me to leave messages to the PDL)
2. Press 2 to send a message.
When he compose a message we address it to extension 3501 and it gives me back "Recipient's email address does not exist." If this is new try again later....Tried again and again thru out the day w/ no luck
When I look at AD I see the list. It has an email address of FTSITTest@ftsad.com
Any idea why this happens or why the system even cares whether it has an email address? and why it won't work....Also There is one one that that has all users that seems to work (3500), I say seems to work (because we get a different prompts than above)as we canceled it because I did not want to send a test message to all FTS end-users (2800 end users)...I created one using the radio button "based on" the one that seems to work....also w/ no luck....Help Please....Thanks in Advance!!!!
