Public Contact List.

Ok, helping out one of the IT guys here at work, he is having a problem setting up a Public Contact List. the public folders was not an issue with him. but cannot seem to get the Public Contact List going. can anyone shoot some pointers on how this is done?

When you create a new Public Folder, you have the option of what it should contain. Just choose "Contact Items" from the drop down list.

I'm Certifiable, not certified.
It just means my answers are from experience, not a book.
