Public address ?

Hello all !
I happend to stumble upon the following in ALEX (description af phone sets):

"Public address function
The loudspeaker can also be controlled from the exchange and thus be used for Public address, voice paging, Music-on-hold, etc."

Anybody tried this ?
Can I enable this function (system is BC10, phones are DBC5xx,6xx and 2xx)?

I've seen A LOT of MD with PA system on it in my country.
Realised on TLU23 board with TL17 PU.
Parameters on BC9 can be the following:
