PUB to PDF conversion failed - PDF missing data

I am having a problem getting a Publisher (PUB) document to convert properly to a PDF file. The conversion process overall went well with the exception that some of the information at the bottom of the PUB file is missing in the PDF file.

Which program commands should I issue so that when the conversion process is over all of the data in the PUB file is in the PDF file?
