PUB - PDF conversion. How to remove white space?

I have created a Publisher file. It is very long. I figured out how to create one long page. This Publisher file has been converted into a .PDF file.

The problem I am having with the .PDF file is that there is white space above and below the content.

How can I get rid of that white space? It does not look good if you embed the .PDF file into a HTML document. The first thing that you see is this ugly white space then the content.

How can I get rid of that white space?
