Pub. OLI length problem (BCM 400)

i have a BCM 400 and my public recevied length is 8 Digits
So i can fill the Pub.OLI. at the DN settings by 8 digits .

but i faced a big problem wz my CO that all outgoing calls include extra digits behind my Number (10 digits -2 digits Area code + 8 digits my #)

so please help me to send only my Number (10 digist) without empty the pub OLI. field

It should be 10 digits entered in the OLI, The area code 3 plus the prefix 3 and the number 4 = 10.
