Stupid question, probably not in the right area.
I will have a point-to-point t-1 installed shortly - what do I need for hardware on both ends - I want to use this basically as a looong cat-5 cable - both ends on the same network. I am assuming I need a CSU/DSU - Are there t-1 enabled switches out there? If anyone knows a better area for this question let me know.

there is gear out there...what are you trying to accomplish?

Unless you have broadcasts under control better than any network I have ever seen, you do not wish to do this, use routers.

I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.

Actually I found what I was looking for - Ethernet over T-1 converter - no CSU/DSU necessary.
Thanks
