I would like to have hard copies of InDesign styles I have set up. How do I print a screen view?

Are you talking about your workspace setup? i.e. where your palettes are all positioned? If so (this is for PC I'm not sure of the Mac equivalent). Just hit the print screen button on your keyboard then open up any raster image editor (from Photoshop down to MS Paint)and paste the image there, then print. Forgive me if thats not what you meant.

Aren't styles defined over several screens in the Modify X Style Options window? How many screen views do you want?

Just create all of your styles in a blank InDesign document and save this in a safe place to serve as a style template. When you create a new document, go to your Styles palettes and choose 'Load Styles' from the style template that you set up.
