These are device dependent. I've never messed with these settings, but I can read a book!

There are 3 different TMANI tables. From this table: (119): DB_AM_DEV_TMANI_HKZ: TMANI HKZ
Not totally helpful, but that's from the AMO guide! I'd suggest digging through that to get a better understanding of what's going on.

Wouldn't touch the settings unless there is an issue.
Would take advise from the maintainer of the other system as what settings they want on the 4K.
Have had to change one once when using an Analogue (POTS) Card (NOT TMANI) to connect to a paging system. Otherwise, the lines when into DEFIL when the paging request ended.
Would need to find what was changed.
