I am a crystal report developer and I have a report request to calculate the percentile.

Below is a similar structure to my table:

Year Client No. City Timeliness
2011 1234 XYZ 10
2011 567 BCD 15
2012 5544 XYZ 6
2011 111 BCD 22


I need a table with the following summary

I need to calculate the quartile per yer.
Quartile 2011 2012
0
25
75
100

Next, I need another table to calculate the quartile for the current year per city
Quartile XYZ BCD
0
27
75
100
