PT programing password is working b

PT programing password is working but on PC programing when i put same password its not working my pbx is Panasonic KX-TDE600
2nd problem when i am using CO line 1 or 2 or 3 and i switch to line 4 last line i am using go to hold instead of disconnect please help

Pc programming can be different than on the pc

If you have access to the pc under installer you can change the password

Are you shure that button #4 is programmed as CO-line? Probably it is programmed as Extension line (DSS)?
Behaviour you described is very unusual...
