PSTN to CTI route Point calls not working

I configured CUCM and UCCX for auto attendant when I tried to call the trigger number from internal phone, it works and i can hear the auto attendant.
But when I when i call from PSTN to the trigger number, it fails to connect and says "Unknown Number". But I can call to other extensions except the trigger number.
I have two trigger numbers: 8004663181 and 8663004181. One for customer service which goes to the HQ which uses MGCP gateway and another for sales that goes to branch which is configured with SIP trunk.

Any help to make it work is greatly appreciated.

First I would verify that calls are at least hitting your gateway. If you run a debug isdn q931 you will see this. Do your 800 numbers redirect to a DID or are they coming directly in on a PRI and go to a DNIS? Also, I personally, would also create the translation patterns, and then make the triggers an extension.

To make sure that the issue is with the config or the number, put it on one of your phones temporarily to see if it rings in .....
