PSTN ring at same time get connected

Hi,
I have a 3300 cxi R8 with only 2 analogue pstn lines in rotary ( embedded asu).when 2 calls ring in at the same time they get joined together, otherwise all o.k. When change the interconnect so they can't access each other and ring in, the first ring call presents, the 2nd just rings out without presenting to the system. If we disconnect 2nd line from the system and plug in an analogue phone - it presents to the phone. It doesnt respond to any call routing changes.

Check your distribution wiring.

Sounds like crossed lines.
