Hi,

Sorry for the total noob question here but we will be testing an Audiocodes Mediant 1000 (Lync) gateway directly to our existing PRI which is currently connected to our Nortel Meridian Opt11C. I would like to know where I can find the connection to switch from the PBX to our new gateway. Is it just a regular RJ45?

Thanks in advance.

David

The old Option 11's used an amphenol connector on one end and a DB15 on the other. Then typically you had to use a DB15 to RJ45 converter to plug into the CSU or the Telco smart jack. They have since replaced this with an amphenol to RJ45 connector.
