PSTN Call Waiting Feature

Dear All,

really my client have call waiting feature to his PSTN external line which connect to TMANI car at HiPath 3800 when he has a call and any one call him again for the same PSTN line (that's mean has two calls on the PSTN line one at hold and another in the connection)when he press flash to get the second call, can't pick this call and all calls release, I'm try to adjust P.O.T flash time but not success.

Hi,

It is the 'Flash time for trunks' you need to change, the pots timer is for analog extensions.

On my version of Man E it is option 26 under time parameters.

Pause length after dialing 2nd discrim. digit 10ms 255


this is description, this the timer you mean or what.

The difference is probably due to different country code but the one you are after is 'flash time for trunks'.

this call waiting code is for internal calls or one internal and one external call,

but the call waiting which I asked is related to two calls on the same PSTN line,
