PSTN Call to AA Problems

Topology:

PSTN>>>>>SIP Trunk>>>>>CUBE>>>>Call Manger>>>>>>AA

When someone calls a DID that is pointed to an AA, the caller can pick an option off the menue and the AA will route the call to that ext. When the receiving EXT recieves the call it go straight to dead air. If you call a DID on the trunk that is not attached to an AA the call works perfect. Is there a configuration that i could be missing?
