I am having a problem with one of our Outlook users. Her mailbox is at 600MB(which I know isnt huge, but we want users below 200MB as standard), and she is trying to create a PST file to bring her mailbox down to the limit, as she doesnt like deleting mails. The following error message appears when she tries to archive to the PST, "Error while aging store "Mailbox Name". The file Path\archive.pst could not be accessed".

I have done a search for this error but cannot find anything on it. Can anyone offer help on how to solve this problem as the user is refusing to delete mails.

Get her to create a new PST (File, new, personal folders file) then get her to manually drag and drop from her mailbox into the new PST

Once it is below 200Mb, slap some limits on her account in ADUC

Sorted, Thanks a million. Dont know why the old one corrupted, but it doesnt matter now
